    Резервування місця на літаку в країні відправлення. Формування авіаційних палет або контейнерів, оформлення транспортної накладної, митне оформлення на вивезення та передача товару представникам авіакомпанії

    Транспортування

    Виліт

    Завантаження на борт та відправлення рейсу. Постійний моніторинг за переміщенням вантажу в повітрі або під час перевантаження у проміжних аеропортах

    Перевірка

    Прибуття та розформування

    Прибуття літака в аеропорт призначення. Вивантаження, розформування авіаційних палет або контейнерів та розміщення товарів на вантажному складі для тимчасового зберігання

    Класифікація

    Спецвантажі

    Генеральні, небезпечні, швидкопсувні, цінні — з урахуванням маркування, IATA, температури та безпеки

    Прийом вантажу

    Розвантаження та прийняття на склад

    Розвантаження вантажу з літака або вантажівки та прийняття на митний склад. Отримання повідомлення про прибуття з номером DSK та перевірка фактичної ваги й кількості місць

    Митниця

    Митне оформлення

    Оформлення декларації для випуску вантажу у вільний обіг або транзитного переміщення (T1). Взаємодія з митницею, супровід митного оформлення та отримання дозволу на випуск або транзит

    Термінал

    Завантаження на терміналі

    Перевірка кількості та стану вантажу, фото та відеофіксація пошкоджень у разі їх виявлення та оформлення протоколу пошкодження. Вивіз з терміналу та завантаження у авто
