Three suppliersOne trailer
Cargo type:
A consignment from three suppliers, three weeks apart
We received and consolidated the cargo in stages, then shipped it on one trailer. The client was buying from three suppliers at once, in Poland and Germany, shipping on different dates across three weeks. Sending each consignment separately meant higher costs and longer at customs, and waiting for the last supplier meant losing time on everything already in. We took the cargo in as it arrived, consolidated it into a single consignment and sent it to Ukraine on one trailer once the full volume was there.

Peak seasonFlexible space
Cargo type:
Volume three times higher in spring than in autumn
We matched the storage space to the volume actually held, with nothing paid for empty metres in the low season. The client sells garden tools: intake trebles in spring and falls to almost nothing in autumn. A fixed contract for a fixed floor area would have meant paying for half a year for metres standing empty.

Cargo damaged on its way to the warehouse — repacked and reinforced for the road ahead
Part of the consignment reached the warehouse with its packaging damaged on the road to Poland. Rather than hand the problem back to the client, the team repacked and reinforced the cargo so it would survive the rest of the journey.
